I so completely relate to this,Lisa. Only last year I published a 360-page novel, Devin's Dreams, about lucid/vivid dreams, during which "thresholds" appear out of nowhere and my protagonist mysteriously ends up in a different dimension (timespace). Also last year I wrote a poem, "Fireflies", which I invite you to read in my substack page, about a rather personal experience in which I sensed I was actually given an extraordinary opportunity to see with my own eyes an alien landscape.

OK, now you got me dipping my toe in it!

I love brain wave stuff! My partner has a lot of weird experiences during his dreamstate. It's very common for him to become aware within these states, and quite often he can't find a way out.

Whilst my dreams can be really potent too, I've also experienced these powerful states through my breathwork sessions. They mostly emerge as powerful feelings of interconnectedness and interwovenness of realities. My dreams very often show up in the waking world, not exactly the same, but more through thematics. Hell, even Human Design and astrology came to me through a dreamlike/hallucinatory state. At the time I didn't even know what I was seeing. But once I saw it in the waking world, it all made sense.

Excited for the workshop. :)
