what is contact?🛸
& why does it even matter?
Welcome back to PORTALS🪞 & PRISMS🌈 , an intergalactic transmission for interplanetary souls.
Today I am sharing something I wrote back in August, while laying underneath the vast New Mexico sky after a sunrise contact meditation.
While in meditation I heard these words:
It’s all contact.
And I was like, YES, and also like, wtf does that mean, and also like, TELL ME MORE PLS.
So I listened, and wrote down what I heard.
It was different from my other writings, because it wasn’t fully channeled. I channeled what I heard, but I was also dialoguing at the same time.
My human self definitely had a reaction to these words, because they’re tough to hear, tough to see, and I was grimacing at some of what came through.
It felt so cringe to be writing it, lol.
And it feels important to share, even though parts of me wish I wouldn’t—because that feels like it would be safer.
So, here we go. Read on below.

What is contact?
“It’s all contact”
This answer is quite unsatisfying to my conscious mind/egoic self, who wants contact to be like the paradigm-shattering experience I had inside a ship back in July (more on that soon)—EVERY TIME.
What they are teaching me now is contact is a natural state of living, and it’s often quite subtle, and it’s happening all the time.
To LIVE is to be in CONTACT.
My skin in contact with my clothes. My mind in contact with my heart. The sun in contact with my skin. My ears in contact with the sound of a bird’s fluttering wings. My eyes in contact with my sister’s eyes, my husband’s eyes, my children’s eyes.
It’s all contact.
To be incarnated, to have a physical body, is to make contact.
My feet in contact with the surface of the Earth.
My lungs in contact with oxygen.
My heart in contact with my blood.
It’s all contact.
Most contact is a subtle phenomenon, and it requires a refinement of perception, an adjustment to begin noticing the contact that is happening all the time.
And yet I won’t be so pedantic with my words here to ignore the fact that most of us interested in contact are interested in something very specific.
Which is to say, encounters with non-earth beings.
But acknowledgement of these more subtle forms of contact is a crucial step in progressing to conscious contact with extradimensional beings. Because yes…
Contact is also my energy field in contact with multidimensional energy. With extradimensional consciousness, non-earth lifeforms. With extraterrestrial beings.
Yes.
But the irony is, it’s going to be very difficult to perceive ET consciousness if we cannot even perceive ourselves to be in CONTACT with the whole of Planet Earth—from our own bodies to the creatures on the land to the other humans (ALL of them).
How can we be expected to “make contact” with extraterrestrials without distortion if we cannot even “make contact” with other humans without distortion?
Most contact is distorted.
We do not see extraterrestrials with clear eyes, just as we do not see each other (and I do mean EVERY. OTHER.) with clear eyes.
This is challenging work.
This is work our egos do not like, because it shatters our perception filters (in place to keep us “safe”); it disrupts our reality paradigms (constructed to protect our very “sense of self”).
For many of us, it is easy to see every other as sovereign when there are in a category we call “oppressed”.
But what of the “oppressor”?
Are they sovereign, too?
My ego hates that I’ve just written this.
But these are honest questions.
I don’t claim to have answers. And I’m not suggesting we go around just letting all “oppressors” off the hook simply because they are sovereign beings.
What I am talking about, from an energetic perspective, is much more subtle.
I am suggesting a heart shift.
In many ways the oppressor is the ultimate “other”. The ultimate “not me”. I loathe the oppressor to make it clear how much I am not one.
But is there an oppressor in me, too?
This is what I believe Yeshua meant when he said:
“Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.”
Can I start there?
Can I love that which I loathe?
Can I welcome ALL my parts home?
ALL of them?
These are not simple questions. They are not “correct” ones. These are not questions “good” girls ask.
But they ARE honest questions.
Clear, undistorted contact can only begin once we integrate our fear of the OTHER.
Every OTHER.
