Hello, Glitch Witches.

Welcome to a series titled “My Contact Story”. This will be a multi-post series, and this is The Second Prelude.

Last time we talked about different brain wave states and how my contact experiences have happened in altered states of consciousness.

Let’s now explore a bit deeper what the connection between these different brain wave states and the contact phenomenon.

Most of us actually can’t perceive ET energy in the beta brain wave state.

For one thing, our 3D beta reality is too dense and rigid for our extraterrestrial friends. They exist at a vibrational frequency that is very different from what we can call “beta reality.”

In addition to that, Planet Earth is currently going through a major vibrational transition:

We are in the midst of a shift from third density to fourth density. (I’ll go into more detail on this in future writings.)

In third density reality, we have prioritized, favored, and validated beta reality only.

Dreams, altered states of consciousness, imagination, mystic gnosis—these have all been dismissed and invalidated as not real.

There are many reasons for this but to put it VERY simply, it is because we have structured reality in a hierarchical way, with beta reality at the top and all other types of consciousness beneath it.

Another way of saying this is we have prioritized material reality above all else.

This is changing.

But because of this hierarchical view, we have built up “compartments” in our psyche that don’t allow us to flow from one state of consciousness to another and maintain our awareness (and our sense of self) through them all.

“From our point of view, humans generate the most brain-wave activity in the theta state of consciousness—therefore, theta is most dominant. From the human point of view, you are only awake and functioning and connected to your ego in the beta state, so to you beta is the dominant state. However, the beta reality represents a very small fraction of your brain’s total capacity to generate and perceive other realities.” — Lyssa Royal Holt, channeling Sasha, Preparing for Contact

So although we experience many layers of reality, our conscious self is most often not aware of them. Or if we are, we dismiss it as “not real” or “just our imagination” or “just a dream” — effectively reinforcing the compartments.

“Therefore because the illusion exists for humans that the beta/waking state is the most dominant, you will assume that all of your signifiant or valid interactions with other beings, physical or nonphysical, must occur in the beta/waking state. From our point of view this is really an absurd belief, because the beta-generated reality represents only a very small percentage of your entire capacity.” — Lyssa Royal Holt, channeling Sasha, Preparing for Contact

The contact phenomenon initiates a de-compartmentalization process, because most contact occurs on the non-beta layers of consciousness and reality.

And this de-compartmentalization process is intimately connected to the many shifts currently happening on the planet.

“We as Pleiadians do not operate in such a refined and limited frequency as beta. We do not have the rigid divisions between levels of consciousness that you have. If we were to communicate with humans on the beta frequency, it would require a tremendous alteration to our energy, consciousness, and reality construct. We cannot hold the energy necessary to communicate on the rigid beta frequency. For this reason, the greater portion of extraterrestrial communication has occurred on other levels of consciousness—the alpha, the theta, and also the delta. Overall, the majority of our contacts occur within the theta frequency because it is a common ground that we both can reach.” — Lyssa Royal Holt, channeling Sasha, Preparing for Contact

The planet continues to shift vibrationally, which is responsible for the MASSIVE growing pains (or should we call them labor pains?) the collective is currently experiencing.

And as I have done my own personal work to develop my psychic awareness, intuitive abilities, and reality perception, I have begun to validate my experience of reality beyond the limited scope of beta brain waves and waking consciousness.

In other words, I have begun to de-compartmentalize my experience of reality.

Because of this, I am not only able to PERCEIVE more of my experiences (without my Reticular Activating System* - RAS - deleting, modifying, anesthetizing, or distorting them), I am ALSO able to maintain conscious awareness during my contact experiences AND retain more of my memories of them.

(*we will be going into much more detail on the RAS in my Intro to Contact workshop tomorrow.)

So from my perspective and perception, the contact events I am going to describe to you REALLY happened, and are as real to me as major beta reality events in my life (such as my wedding or giving birth to my children).

But did they did happen in the PHYSICAL, 3D reality as we currently perceive it?

No… not necessarily.

Maybe?

Perhaps as we scientifically and mystically expand our perception of what encompasses “physical reality” we will discover the answer is yes.

Regardless, I propose they are no less valid because of this distinction.

So for today, I’ll leave you with this.
