Welcome to a series titled “My Contact Story”. If you missed the earlier parts, make sure you go back & revisit as they contain valuable context for what you’re about to read.
In today’s issue I’ll be sharing another direct share from my journal —
But first: context.
In Part One I dropped you inside my first overt contact experience last summer — or rather I should say, the first one I became conscious during.
In Part Two, I took you back in time to my earliest sleep paralysis episodes — because that’s a major key in my contact story.
What I’ve done in these last two issues is revealed two points on my contact timeline that eventually connect.
So now I’d like to take you back to mid-2023.
I was very intensely developing my skills as a multifaceted mystic, studying human design, developing my psychism, exploring the Akashic records, and honing my offerings inside The Magician’s Table.
I had just begun to understand myself as a human with galactic roots: an interplanetary soul, a starseed.
I deep dived into galactic history (my first conscious exposure to the idea) and felt an obsessive magnetic pull toward the idea of contact work.
Threads I’d been pulling at since 2017 were finally beginning to weave together, my mystical work was beginning to cohere, take shape…
And as more my remembrance came online, my galactic guides, higher self, and soul fractals initiated me into a new level of my development.
Up until that point, my sleep paralysis episodes had only included energetic sensation, vibration, sound, and visuals.
But in the summer of 2023, with my psychic senses and perceptual abilities rapidly developing, I began to perceive physical touch.

(Note that at this point, I had begun to refer to “sleep paralysis” with quotation marks, as I had begun to suspect that an incorrect delineation.)
July 1, 2025, Saturday
Last night I had one of the most scary “sleep paralysis” episodes of my life. I can handle the vibrations, the distortions, the visuals, the sense of presences at this point. It’s not “fun” but it’s all very familiar to me. But last night I felt physical touch. I felt physical pressing on my chest area, the sensation of someone/something pressing down.
I haven’t ever broken out so fast — I said “I am more powerful than you — Get off me!”
I have so many mixed feelings. For so long, to cope, I have convinced myself that these episodes are benign. I also have thought of them as portals to astral projection, etc.
Everything I am learning about aliens and galactic involvement has me questioning every thing. Even though it is terrifying, I also felt a deeper knowing come in. I had the sense that this was/is still my benevolent guides. A sense that they are saying I am ready for the next “level” of training.
Part of that is going to move through my visceral physical touch. If I am to be doing this work, if ALL my gifts are to come back online, I am going to need to work through this fear of actual touch sensations.
The reality of the “paranormal” and the “supernatural” and all of my psychic/mystic development is that I am opening myself up to experience that might scare my human self. It was just so visceral and intense.
July 3, 2025, Monday
I was visited again last night. Again — the physical pressure on my chest, shoulders, and throat. I was much more calm last night. It really feels to me like an activation has begun.
What it feels like to me is an “apprenticeship” — they’re saying, you want to open up to your gifts and experience these other realms, you must face, confont, and transmute your remaining fear.
I am mostly not afraid.
But the physical touch scares me so much.
It feels to me like my guides teaching me to face the fear — and especially as I have gone years without regular sleep paralysis experiences, and now they are back, and now they have evolved in this very specific way?
This is not a coincidence.
And this is real.
These events were absolutely an activation, I was right about that.
But here’s one thing I got slightly off: it wasn’t just my galactic guides running the show.
What I have come to understand is that it’s a collaboration.
It wasn’t that they decided “I was ready” and started allowing me to perceive physical touch. The relationship is not parental in that way.
What was happening was a co-creation.
They had always been visiting me, and most often, I either didn’t remember or couldn’t perceive their presence.
The “physical touch” is a form of hands-on energy work, and it had always been happening — I just couldn’t feel it.
The real reason I started feeling physical touch when I did, had to do with my perceptual abilities. As I began to intentionally develop my psychic senses and intuitive abilities, more of my perception was coming back online. The compartments between the layers of my consciousness were integrating, and I was able to perceive these events more clearly, + maintain the memory more often.
